Please pray we find our Phil! He has been missing since Thursday June 20th, 2013 near Casper Wyoming. He drives a black 2003 GMC Sierra with a black tanneau cover with chrome door handles,chrome side rails,and chrome wheel we1ls, what decal on back left window, with license plate number Idaho 3C 2975T. If you have heard from him or know where he is please contact the Soda Springs Police Department or the Casper Wyoming Police Department.
We can't help search but you are all in our thoughts and prayers during this ordeal. Know that we care and hope for his safe return.
